Green Art Pop-up exhibits

Submission requirements:

• Works may be two or three dimensional in nature.
• A minimum of 75% of each submission must be created from environmentally friendly and/or repurposed materials.
• Each applicant may submit up to three works for consideration.
• Complete applications must be received on or before midnight on Friday, March 10, 2023.

a. A brief description of each work submitted for consideration. 

      i. Clear description of theme/concept and the type of work(s) and material(s) used. Please also include how the work relates to the theme of Green Art and
your interest in the project. (maximum of 500 words per artwork).

b. 1-3 images in JPEG format. 

      i. Please ensure that image resolution is adequate (1-2MB files). 

      ii. For time-based work, please provide a link to online video (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) - maximum 2-minute clip. 

      iii. Please label files “01_LastName_Title.”  i.e.,: 01_Smith_Untitled3, 02_Smith_RedApple, etc. 

      iv. Please indicate if the submission includes works you do not plan to show with the proposed exhibition. 

c. An image list corresponding to files, including the following information: 

      i. File Number.         

      ii. Artist’s Name. 

      iii. Work Title. 

      iv. Medium. 

      v. Dimensions (or duration). 

      vi. Year Created/produced.  

      vii. Sale Price/Insurance Value.

d. A CV of the principal organizer/curator or artist, including the contact's name, address, email, and any other contact information.
