The Erosion and Sediment Control Monitor is responsible for monitoring and reporting on the ESC facilities. Reports are to be submitted weekly and following each Significant Rainfall Event, whichever is greater. Reports must be submitted within 24 hours of the monitoring event for sites that are out of compliance. All other reports must be submitted within 7 days of the monitoring event. Further details are outlined in the Bylaw.
