Agreement

I hereby agree to the collection, use and disclosure by the Township of Langley of the participant’s personal information for the purposes of having a conversation about the Experience/Memory/Story/Belonging with the salishan team. This includes filing the participant’s information for record keeping purposes. This information will be used to inform the development of exhibitions, education and public programs, and to maintain and grow the belongings held in trust in the collection for the community.
