Online Township Address Verification Form

To ensure only valid Township residents receive priority access for swimming lessons and a smooth registration process, all account holders with a Township address must verify it. New accounts with a Township address will also need to verify it during the account setup process.

After submitting this information online, you can expect a response within three (3) business days.

If you live outside the Township, you do not need to complete this form.
